General Information & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09bd platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the 09bd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
09bd is an online gaming platform providing cricket betting, slot games, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. All services provided through this platform are governed by these Terms.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms have been written in Bengali and are specifically designed for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To create an account and use services on the 09bd platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
- You may only have one account registered in your name.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
2.2 Registration Process
During registration, you must provide your correct name, email address, phone number, and any other required information. 09bd may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
Providing false or misleading information will be considered a serious violation of these Terms. In such cases, 09bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, and all earned bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or residential address. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address is prohibited.
Account Security & Responsibility
Ensuring the security of your 09bd account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed:
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- Never allow a third party to access your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 09bd Support immediately.
- Always log out after using your account on a public or shared device.
- Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
09bd will not accept any liability for misuse of an account by a third party, unless it is proven that the issue was caused by a technical failure on 09bd's own part.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Conditions
The following payment methods are accepted on the 09bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all methods.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and only to the registered account holder's own account.
4.3 Restrictions & Verification
09bd reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal if necessary. In line with anti-money laundering policy, additional documents may be requested for unusual transactions. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily placed on hold while under review.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). 09bd does not accept any foreign currency transactions.
4.4 Erroneous Transactions
If funds are credited to an account by mistake due to a technical error, the error will be corrected immediately. If a user utilizes such erroneously credited funds and the mistake is subsequently confirmed, 09bd reserves the right to deduct that amount from the balance.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
09bd offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15x (fifteen times), applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless 09bd has specifically permitted this.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 09bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- 09bd reserves the right to change bonus terms — notice of any changes will be published on the platform.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on the 09bd platform operate in accordance with fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and unpredictable.
6.2 Betting Rules
Once placed, all bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. Sports betting will be settled based on official results.
6.3 Technical Issues
If an internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, the game state will be determined according to 09bd's server records. In such cases, 09bd's decision will be considered final.
6.4 VIP Program
09bd has three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Users can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity and loyalty.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bd platform and may result in permanent account closure:
- Attempting to gain winnings through fraudulent or illegal means.
- Abusing the bonus system or employing "bonus hunting" strategies.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in games or the system.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same household or address.
- Spreading false information about the platform's content or brand.
If evidence of prohibited activity is found, all balances and winnings associated with the relevant account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension or Closure by 09bd
09bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Providing false or fraudulent information.
- Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.
- Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide required documents.
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the 09bd Support team. Before the account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and active bonuses will be cancelled.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be preserved, and the owner can regain access through identity verification.
Limitation of Liability
09bd does not accept any legal liability for the following:
- Losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
- Unauthorized access to an account by a third party resulting from the user's own negligence.
- Any financial losses arising from gaming.
- Failure of third-party software or services.
- Legal consequences related to online gaming within the user's own jurisdiction.
09bd's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the disputed transaction. 09bd will not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

09bd places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your data secure.
Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and fulfilling legal obligations. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, however it may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
